Ticket for event participation

No physical ticket will be issued. Once you've paid for the application form, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment and participation. Event entry is handled on-site. To check in, simply provide your club number/application number, or surname to a staff member.

Is there a program for the event?

The event schedule will be posted in the event channel 1–3 days before the event. Please check the channel regularly for the latest updates.

Send a link to the event channel

After registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming your participation, along with a link to the event's Telegram channel.

How is the participant replaced?

Substitution of a participant is only possible upon personal request. To make a substitution, you must provide the organizers with the club number of the original participant and the full details of the new participant (full name and club number).

What should I do if I don’t want to sign the consent form for personal data processing?

This agreement is required to comply with the law and protect your data. Without signing it, you cannot register for the event, as it ensures both your safety and legal compliance.

How can I get a refund if I cancel my application?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for paid entries. However, you may substitute another participant—please contact the organizers if you find someone to take your place.

How to register a child for the event?

Coral Club does not recommend bringing children under 6 years of age to events. To purchase a child ticket, please contact the organizers and attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport..

How many days do I have to pay for the application?

If paying by cash, card, or bank transfer, the application must be paid within 14 days of registration.

Why was my application canceled?

The system automatically canceled your application because it was not paid within 14 days of registration. You can submit a new application on the website.

I chose to pay by check; why hasn’t the debit gone through?

When paying from your bonus account, the amount will be deducted on the 7th of the month following your registration. Please keep this in mind when planning your payment.
